You're blending is wonderful. The colors are lovely. That's what drew me to this piece.
My eyes move around the entire page.
Very nice texture without much detail on the tassels, that would have been quite difficult for some (myself including)
Though I don't understand the green circles. Could it be a reflection of some lights in the picture?
The eyes grab my attention and sucked me into it.
Basically it's a very successful piece! I apologize if their critique isn't very helpful..it's my first one in about four years. I just really enjoyed it.
This is something I would expect to see in a museum honestly.
Oh my... this is my frist critique I've ever recieved and it's so well written!
Thank you very much for describing your viewing process so very vivid, it's very easy to understand and follow where you are coming from.
I'm honestly happy to have grabbed your attention with this piece!
However firstly and mostly I disagree with your exepctation of putting this in a museum (ever) it's by far unworthy of your kind praise.
And yes, I put the circles to give some sort of 'light' in the picture... the kind you get with a dirty lense in photography sometimes, but also to confuse and give some sort of disorted feeling... because it's a pig on a cussion after all ;}
Oh yay! I did a good! Lol..I was worried you'd me disappointed!
I tried to sound as professional as possible because I assumed you'd received many critiques and I wanted to impress and be of help!
Well if you don't think it's good enough to be in a museum then maybe in my room? I would SO buy this. :3
I love piggies!
You did a marvelous job.
